TGB Management Services Ltd is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. The site is built and hosted on behalf of the client by Underdown Labs Limited (processor).
What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Why we use your data
We use your details to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated).
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, then deleted or anonymised.
Sub-processors
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (hosting and form handling). Data may be stored in the EU or US under Netlify's standard contractual terms.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing office@tgbmanagementservices.com. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
